Alongside running The Tipsy Cows, Mickii Edwards leads Nothing Is Impossible. Families are nominated by people who know them, teachers, neighbours, social workers and friends, and Mickii and his team build each trip personally.
It is a personal mission, run side by side with the restaurant. Every booking, every hamper and every booth night helps fund another trip.
