Lancashire is having a cheese renaissance and we're here for it. We source rare and premium cheeses direct from artisan producers across Europe, regularly updated with seasonal varieties and award-winning finds.
Mimoletta Vieille
A French artisan masterpiece. Complex, nutty, with aged-Parmesan crunch.
Mature Gouda
Aged into deep caramel sweetness and butterscotch, with crystalline texture.
Premium Blues
